Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of ScreenForge, the in-browser studio for App Store screenshots, 3D device mockups, and app preview videos. By using ScreenForge, you agree to them.
Use ScreenForge to make great screenshots, and what you create is yours (see the License). Bring only content you have the rights to, don't try to break or resell the service, and remember it is in beta, so things can change. Pro is a simple subscription you can cancel anytime.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using ScreenForge, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you are using ScreenForge on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The service
ScreenForge is a browser-based studio that lets you compose device mockups, multi-screen screenshot sets, and preview videos, and export them as images and video. Core features are free while ScreenForge is in beta. Some features are available only with a paid Pro subscription. The service runs in your browser, your media is processed locally and is not uploaded to us.
3. Accounts
You can use many features without an account. To upgrade to Pro and to save or load projects, you sign in with your email using a one-time link, there is no password. You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure, and for activity that happens under your account. Let us know promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
4. Pro subscriptions & billing
- Plans. Pro is offered as a monthly or annual subscription. Current beta pricing is €3 per month or €18 per year. Prices are shown at checkout and may include applicable taxes such as VAT.
- Payment. Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges to your chosen payment method.
- Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
- Cancellation. You can cancel anytime from Manage subscription in the studio account panel. Your Pro features remain active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again after that.
- Beta pricing. Because ScreenForge is in beta, plans, features, and prices may change. We will give reasonable notice of changes that affect an active subscription, and changes will not apply to a period you have already paid for.
- Refunds. Pro is a digital service that you access immediately. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, though we may choose to help with billing issues, get in touch.
5. Acceptable use
When using ScreenForge, you agree not to:
- Use the service to create, host, or distribute unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
- Use content (screenshots, images, video, fonts, or 3D models) that you do not have the rights to use.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, decompile, or scrape the service, or circumvent its limits, watermarks, or access controls.
- Resell, redistribute, or pass off the service or its built-in assets as your own product (see the License for what you may do with your exports).
6. Your content & imported models
You keep all rights to the screenshots, images, videos, text, and 3D models you bring into ScreenForge. Because everything is processed in your browser, you remain in control of that content at all times, we never receive a copy.
